Health and Safety Precautions

ARU-HRI is committed to providing a safe environment for our annual conference attendees. To support that effort, in-person attendees will be required to review and sign a Health and Safety Statement prior to their arrival. In this statement, we ask all attendees to attest that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19* (booster not required) and agree not to attend if they have COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the event.

Detailed instructions for reviewing and signing the statement will be included in your registration confirmation email. The waiver must be signed and submitted by October 12. Attendees will not be asked to share their vaccination cards but only to attest that they have been fully vaccinated and agree to comply with the provisions as outlined in the Health and Safety Statement. If you have questions, please contact [email protected].

Individuals with a medical or religious reason for not being vaccinated may contact CUPA-HR at [email protected] to discuss the option of attending with certification of a current (within 72 hours of the start of the conference) negative COVID-19 test.
